Initially we were told it would be 40 minutes. Understandable for a Saturday mourning...but after that time expired, i spent another 40 of...just five more minutes.
Now i know why they wa ted me to email the next time...wont be one tho.
I have been here twice, the first time the girl did a good job on the cut, but I haven't seen her in there since. The second time I went in for a trim, just a Trim!!! I ended up with the worst chop job of my life. I left in shock and couldn't get out of there fast enough. I literally could have cried when I got home and washed my hair and tried to style it. She took a great style (done on the east coast) and butchered it. I had to book an appt right away, of course elsewhere, because there was just no way I could have kept that cut for another 6 weeks. It was Awful. Just awful. I will never go back. That did me in.
I am not typically "a rater" kind of person, but All I can say is just be aware.
End result I lost alot a of length but she was able to even out and make my disastrous haircut into a cute style I can live with till it grows out.
My hair was horribly cut at another salon. I had asked for long layers and ended up looking like bozo the clown being shocked. I explained my cocerns to the stylist who worked on my hair.
I asked for my long hair to be cut shoulder length and it was cut to my chin. And one side was chopped shorter than the other side. Very unprofessional. Nobody there to help fix it. No manager to contact. Very disappointing....
Madison was great. I thank you for the haircut. If I lived here I would be in to get my haircut done on a regular basis. Thank you for the great cit and customer servservice.
