Breakfast was good, however it was exactly the same two days in a row.
Holly and all the staff went out of their way as always making our stay perfect! Breakfast is incredible best ever! Trouble free a real pleasure! See you all next year!
Pet friendly only $10 daily rate which is fair I checked every hotel in Ruidoso.
Internet was my only issue, it NEVER worked!!
Beautiful relaxing courtyard. Pool is actually to the side of one of the buildings, so courtyard is really quiet. Property is just uphill from the highway, which also makes it very quiet. Staff was very nice. Rooms a little dated decor-wise, but clean and spacious. Average breakfast. Would stay again for sure.
Calling for a reservation a spoke to a wonderful lady that was pleasant and efficient. Check in was easy. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Very nice place for pets. Lots of area to walk around and play. Although I did not have time to enjoy it they did have a fire pit outside and lots of picnic areas to relax at. Breakfast was delicious! So nice that the cook and manager popped around to check in and make sure everyone was doing well. If I'm in the area again I will most definitely stay again!
Front desk personnel were pleasant, professional, and efficient! The breakfast was very good and the lady handling the dining area was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with.
Kids enjoyed pool/hot tub. It outdoors but heated!!

Location! Location! Location ! And great staff. The motel is located on a mountain with awesome pines and offers a beautiful view and outdoor setting to relax and enjoy the afternoon or evening. Nice landscaping and well kept outdoor amenities and pathways. It's almost like having you own park.
If my doggy goes we will stay here. I recommend staying on courtyard area.
Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Bed was comfy.
Hotel is clean and cozy! You really get the Ruidoso feeling up in the mountain.
