A previous mobile home park converted to a nice RV Park with caring owners. Beautiful location near Ruidoso Downs Racetrack. The office conviently sells RV parts and necessities. Nice clean laundry room. We will definitely be coming back.

Couldn't find our reservations. Then got put in a space so small rv barely fit. Then had a phone call the next day wanting to know if we were coming.

We needed a small part to drain our water lines for winter. Looked several places they did not have it. They had it here, yesss. They were very helpful and friendly. We got the job done.
